"The site made me lose confidence quickly"
I wanted to like the site, but using it was frustrating. Pages took too long to load, the menu felt cluttered, and I had to dig around just to find basic product details. After a while, it made me start questioning how reliable the whole experience was.

I figured setting up this plate carrier would be straightforward, but it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The straps were a pain, the fit took forever to dial in, and the instructions felt like they were written just to technically satisfy some policy requirement without actually helping anyone.
I’ve messed with this kind of gear before, so I’m not coming at it totally clueless, but this one made the whole process feel harder than it needed to be. between the confusing setup and that annoying “we followed the rules, good luck” vibe, I got frustrated fast and wouldn’t buy it again...

The plate carrier itself feels solid, so I wanted to like it, but the MOLLE spacing was kind of a pain for me. Am I missing something here? A few of my pouches just didn’t line up as cleanly as I expected, and I ended up fighting the straps way more than I thought I would. I did get the accessories on eventually, but it wasn’t exactly smooth or tidy. For the price, I was expecting a cleaner setup.

I was hoping the exchange would be quick and easy, but this is where it got annoying, the process took way more effort than it should have. By the end of it, it didn’t feel worth the hassle.

"Shipping was all over the place"
I ordered from them once and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely changed, and the delivery date kept getting pushed back, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but it felt like I had no clue when my stuff was actually going to arrive. Weirdly, I remember checking the tracking while eating a bowl of cereal at like 10 p.m. and it still said the same thing it had said for days. Overall, it just felt unreliable, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

I ordered this based on the product info listed, and it turned out to be wrong. it’s really annoying because I expected to get what was described, not have to deal with confusion after the fact. Feels like the details should’ve been checked before posting

"Uncomfortable Fit"
I only wore it once and it started digging into my shoulders quickly. The sizing felt off too, like it didn’t sit right on me at all, and that part was weird. Overall, it just wasn’t comfortable enough to keep wearing

I placed my order thinking the item was in stock, and only afterward found out it was actually backordered. It was frustrating because I had to go through too many steps before that became clear. I really wish they made the backorder status more obvious upfront...

The armor itself seems like it’s probably fine, but the box showed up completely trashed and ripped open. Kind of feels like someone wasn’t exactly careful with it along the way.

I was expecting way more options while browsing the site, but the selection felt limited. Some categories had a few things, sure, but not nearly enough variety to really compare stuff. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what you’re looking for, but if you’re trying to browse around and weigh your options, it’s kind of disappointing. Whoever runs this really needs to add more choices

"Warranty support was more frustrating than expected"
I ran into a warranty issue getting help was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Compared to what I’ve seen other people mention about smoother support experiences, mine felt slow and repetitive. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, which got old fast.
The replacement process wasn’t much better either. I felt like I was being passed around without any clear answers, and nobody really seemed to take ownership of it. For something this expensive, I expected the service to be a lot better, especially when plenty of other brands seem to handle this kind of thing more easily.

"Way too heavy and a pain to move in"
I bought this armor thinking I’d be able to train in it, but once the plates were in, it felt like I was carrying way more than expected. Moving around got slow and awkward fast.
Trying to shoulder my rifle or get in and out of a vehicle was frustrating. I get that armor isn’t supposed to be super comfortable, but this felt like they just made the weight and mobility issues my problem to deal with.
Maybe it works fine for other people, but it wasn’t for me. My mobility took a huge hit, and after using it, I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to like this because it’s advertised as USA-made, but it didn’t feel like the quality I expected. The gear just feels a bit disappointing for the price and the claim. If you’re buying it specifically because you’re expecting top-notch American-made quality, I’d be cautious and maybe look a little deeper before purchasing

"I was hoping this would be..."
I was hoping this would be something you could throw on under a hoodie or jacket without it being super obvious, but it’s just too thick and boxy for that. It prints bad, shifts around, and after a while you really feel how bulky it is. Maybe it works better if you’re using it for an open carry setup, but for concealment, it didn’t really work for me.

"I’m Not Sure I Trust Them Like I Used To"
I’ve been going back and forth on how I feel about them. Some people seem to have had good experiences, but I’ve also seen enough mixed feedback that it makes me hesitate. I don’t want to be unfair, but it’s hard to feel fully confident when the reputation isn’t exactly consistent. it just leaves me feeling disappointed and a little uneasy.

I feel like I paid more than I should have for this. The quality was okay, but nothing that really stood out. And it’s not even about expecting something amazing, it just didn’t feel like it matched the price.

I ordered the item because the site showed it was in stock, and I even got the email receipt like everything was good to go. Then later I found out it actually wasn’t available. I had to either wait or cancel, and the communication around it felt kind of unclear and slow. Frustrating experience overall.
